Contest Details
1. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Contestants can enter the Main Draw five ways: 1) Send a Dummy
Postcard, 2) Play Drink FX, 3) Tell us your reason for being UnDrunk, 4) Watch the Seniors
Behaving Badly video or 5) Phone a Friend.
Contestants can enter a separate Social Media Draw three ways: 1) Become a fan on Facebook
2) Send a Tweet by clicking on the Tweet link on the Be Undrunk site or 3) Plus One us on
Google by clicking on the Google +1 link on the Be Undrunk site
2. Prizes
There are 3 Main Draw prizes to be won on March 31, 2012:
Multiple Main Draw entries will also win t-shirts.
There is 1 Social Media Draw prize to be won in March 31, 2012:
A second draw will be made in September 2012 for the following (additional details to follow):

3. Contest Eligibility
Contestants must be residents of Manitoba to participate in this contest. Employees of the
Manitoba Liquor Control Commission (MLCC), and their immediate families with whom they
reside, and any employee of their respective agents, representatives, promotional agencies and
assignees are not eligible to win this contest.
4. Contest Closing Date
The contest closing dates are as follows:
Phase 1 Prizes: March 31, 2012 4pm CST
Phase 2 Prizes: August 30, 2012 4 pm CST
5. Selection of Winners
Draws will be made by ChangeMakers Marketing Communications on behalf of MLCC.
Each of the entries will be randomly selected at each time and the names on the entries will be
declared the potential winners. If the potential winner has entered via www.beundrunk.com, he
or she will be contacted by telephone at the number indicated on the entry form. If the potential
winner has entered on Facebook, he or she will be notified via Facebook message. If the
potential winner does not provide confirmation to ChangeMakers by telephone within 3 business
days of being contacted, another eligible entry will be drawn and the process will repeat until the
prize is awarded.
Winning is subject to the selected participant successfully answering a skill testing question and
signing a release authorizing ChangeMakers and MLCC to make their name and winning public
via www.beundrunk.com and the UnDrunk Facebook fan page.
6. Chances of Winning
The chances of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received
before the draw deadlines in accordance with these rules. Drawn winners will be re-entered and
eligible to win again for the duration of the contest.
7. No Substitutions by Winners
The prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, and cannot be transferred. The
prizes have no cash equivalent.
8. Decisions Final
All decisions made by ChangeMakers Marketing Communications on behalf of MLCC with
respect to all aspects of this contest are final and not subject to challenge. These rules may be
amended at any time without notice. MLCC expressly reserve the right to take any steps they
deem necessary in their absolute discretion, including the limiting of entries and the exclusion of
entrants, in order to ensure that the contest is conducted in a fair way for all contestants and for
MLCC.
9. No Liability
MLCC and their employees, agents, representatives, promotional agencies and assignees
shall not be responsible in any way for loss or damage arising from the use of or, bear any
liability whatsoever in any way attributable to, the prize awarded in this contest or the entry
by a contestant herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, MLCC assume no
responsibility or liability for any risk or dangers associated with the acceptance or use of
the prize awarded as part of this contest or any liability associated with online or electronic
entries, and expressly disclaims liability from loss or damage to a contestant's computer system
howsoever caused arising from bugs, viruses or technical failures in any way associated with or
arising from, online or electronic entries.
10. Entries belong to MLCC
All entries become the property of MLCC and will not be returned.
11. Lost Entries
MLCC is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
12. Consent to Use
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use and publication of their name and statements
in connection with the contest or any subsequent promotions held by MLCC, without payment
or compensation other than the chance to win the prize awarded. MLCC reserves the right to use
the ideas and stories submitted in the contest to develop future public awareness and advertising
campaigns.
13. Applicable Laws
This contest is subject to all applicable, federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations
and any dispute relating hereto will be determined by a Manitoba court applying Manitoba law
and the laws of Canada as applicable therein.
14. Substitutions
MLCC reserves the right to make a prize substitution of equivalent value in the event of
unavailability of the prize or any aspect thereof for reasons beyond the control of MLCC.
15. Errors and Omissions Excepted
MLCC is not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may, in their
discretion, withdraw this contest if it is found to contain any such error, without liability to
anyone whatsoever.
